Mr. Jerry Rao

Mr. Jerry Rao is currently Chairman of Value Budget Housing Development Corporate of India Pvt. Ltd and Chairman of NASSCOM Foundation. He was for several years Chairman and CEO of MphasiS. Prior to his founding Mphasis, Mr. Rao held several positions in Citibank and its parent Citicorp in various capacities in Asia, Europe, South America, and North America. Mr. Rao holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from Loyola College in Chennai and Master’s degrees in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and from the University of Chicago. He is visiting faculty at IIM Ahmedabad and writes a fortnightly column for the Indian Express.

Dr. K Ramakrishnan

Dr. K Ramakrishnan is Chief Executive, Indian Banks’ Association, he was a member of the Managing Committee of IBA, Chairman of the IBA Committee on Basel II implementation and Risk Management to name a few. He started his career as a Probationary Officer in the year 1970 in Bank of India where he rose to the level of General Manager holding various important domains including Information Technology. Within a span of 11 months from taking over as Executive Director, Bank of Baroda, he was elevated to the office of Chairman & Managing Director, Andhra Bank and he has taken charge of Andhra Bank on 09.06.2005. He holds B.Com (Spl.), MBA (Gold Medalist) (First Class First), 2 Year full time PGD Bank Management (NIBM) and PGD in Training and Development (University of Manchester, U.K.). He was conferred the ‘Doctorate of Letters’ by Acharya Nagarjuna University in 2006 for his contribution in the field of Banking.

Dr. Ganesh Natarajan

Dr. Ganesh Natarajan is Vice Chairman & CEO of Zensar Technologies, a Global firm that transforms Technology and Processes for Fortune 500 companies. He is also President of the IT Sector and a member of the Management Board of the 3.25 billion USD RPG Group.

An alumnus of BIT Ranchi, NITIE, IIT Bombay and the Harvard Business School, Ganesh is a member of the Chairmen’s Council of NASSCOM and Co-Chairs the National Knowledge Council for the Confederation of Indian Industry. A member of the Board of NITIE, Global Talent Track and the Europe Asia Business School, he is spearheading a Skills Transformation initiative across Asia. Ganesh was conferred the Asia Pacific Entrepreneur Award by Enterprise Asia in Nov 2010.

Ganesh is the author of four McGraw Hill Books on Business Process Reengineering and Knowledge Management and other publications on the IT industry and inspired leadership. He has been recognized by Ernst & Young for exceptional entrepreneurship and elected Fellow of the Computer Society of India.

Dr. D.P.S Seth

Dr. D.P.S Seth is a former member of the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India and has also been chairman of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd (BSNL). Dr Seth started working with the DoT, in telecom research and development for 18 years at the beginning of his career. Thereafter, he was associated with planning, operations and maintenance of services, and has been closely associated in the formulation of policy documents for the DoT and vision document for MTNL. He has worked closely with the eminent jurist Mr Fali Nariman providing technical inputs in the drafting of the Communications Convergence Bill, 2001. He was the founder chairman & managing director of BSNL, where he pioneered BSNL’s cellular mobile service. He pioneered the concept of Unified Licensing, which was enthusiastically received by various countries. He has also prepared a white paper for the National Knowledge Commission outlining the approach to a broadband network –The Knowledge Net–with access speed of at least 100 Mbps to various organizations. He has worked as consultant with ITU, World Bank and Asian Development Bank in Cambodia, Bangladesh and Bhutan. He has provided consultancy services to Telecom Regulatory Authority of Oman and a prominent British Consultancy for Sri Lanka’s Optic Fibre Backbone Network.
