Partnership with CTBC Bank

The Cyber for YOUth program is a flagship national initiative on youth cyber safety and digital awareness, conceptualized, designed, and led by the Data Security Council of India (DSCI) in collaboration with CTBC Bank. Anchored in DSCI’s institutional mandate to build a safe, secure, and trusted digital ecosystem, the program responds to the growing exposure of school going children to cyber risks by equipping them with foundational cyber awareness, practical digital hygiene skills, and responsible online behaviour from an early age.

The Delhi Pilot Phase was undertaken with the approval of the Directorate of Education, Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi, to validate a structured, school-based cyber awareness framework aligned with national priorities on digital safety, cyber resilience, and responsible use of technology. The pilot served as a proof of concept for a scalable and replicable intervention model that can be adopted across diverse school ecosystems.

Implemented across three government schools of North Delhi the program directly engaged 1963 students and 75 teachers in through immersive in-person learning sessions, practical demonstrations, creative reinforcement activities, and assessments. The strong institutional acceptance, high student engagement, and measurable learning outcomes from the pilot establish a compelling case for scaling Cyber for YOUth across additional schools and geographies.
