Delhi, one of India's most vibrant and digitally active urban centres, stands as a priority territory for the Cyber for YOUth programme. With its young population navigating an increasingly complex digital world, the capital presented a critical need for structured cyber awareness intervention — from cyberbullying and online harassment to phishing, unsafe internet practices, and the hidden risks of online gaming. Recognising that low cybercrime reporting among youth stems largely from a lack of awareness and legal knowledge, DSCI brought the programme to Delhi with a clear mission: to meet students where they are, at the very moment they begin their digital journey. The programme finds strong resonance with the Delhi State Government's commitment to quality education and youth empowerment — making it a natural partnership in building a generation that is not just digitally literate, but digitally safe and resilient.
