Dr. Ganesh Natarajan is Vice Chairman & CEO of Zensar Technologies, a Global firm that transforms Technology and Processes for Fortune 500 companies. He is also President of the IT Sector and a member of the Management Board of the 3.25 billion USD RPG Group.
An alumnus of BIT Ranchi, NITIE, IIT Bombay and the Harvard Business School, Ganesh is a member of the Chairmen’s Council of NASSCOM and Co-Chairs the National Knowledge Council for the Confederation of Indian Industry. A member of the Board of NITIE, Global Talent Track and the Europe Asia Business School, he is spearheading a Skills Transformation initiative across Asia. Ganesh was conferred the Asia Pacific Entrepreneur Award by Enterprise Asia in Nov 2010.
Ganesh is the author of four McGraw Hill Books on Business Process Reengineering and Knowledge Management and other publications on the IT industry and inspired leadership. Ravi Gururaj is a serial entrepreneur with 5 ventures and 2 public exits, an angel investor, a mentor to numerous entrepreneurs, technology executive, and ecosystem evangelist. He is Chairman & Co-Founder of Frictionless Ventures where he is building and investing in innovative software products primarily in the cloud, mobile, and big data segments.
Over his 25-year career, Ravi has held wide ranging roles including promoting an STPI unit exporting software components out of India, product management at Intel, served as Managing Director of the Trilogy Software’s India engineering center, and founded multiple successful software product ventures two of which were acquired by public NASDAQ listed US technology companies.
Ravi is a member of the NASSCOM Executive Council, chairs the NASSCOM Product Council and co-hosts the NASSCOM Product Conclave. He is Charter Member of TiE Bangalore where he launched the Cloud SIG and is Co-Founder & Co-Chair of HBS Alumni Angels India chapter.
VMLogix, which he founded in 2004 was venture funded by Bain Capital Ventures and acquired by Citrix in 2010. At Citrix, Ravi served as Vice President Products in the Cloud Platforms group, was a member of the global Citrix CTO Office, represented the Citrix Startup Accelerator and was on the India R&D leadership team.
Ravi received his MBA with high distinction as a Baker Scholar from Harvard Business School. He graduated with honors as Benjamin Franklin Scholar from the University of Pennsylvania in the Management and Technology (M&T) program, receiving a B.S.E. in Computer Science & Engineering from the Moore School and a B.Sc. in Finance from the Wharton School. He was also a research scholar at the University of Edinburgh and schooled at La Martiniere for Boys in Kolkata.

Zia Saquib is Executive Director of C-DAC Mumbai and heads the Computer Networks & Internet Engineering Research group. He is the Chief Investigator of the project ‘Cyber-security of SCADA Systems’ and is the Architect of e-Pramaan Authentication System for the National e-Governance Plan of Govt. of India.
Zia Saquib received a Bachelors degree from Regional Engineering College Rourkela, M.S. Degree from Florida Institute of Technology, USA and PhD from National Institute of Technology Surat, all in Electrical Engineering.
He began his career in 1986 with Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) Bangalore, where he worked as an Avionics Engineer at Aircraft Design Bureau till 1989.Thereafter he moved to Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering, Florida Institute of Technology, where he worked at the Opto-Electronics Lab till 1992. He has worked in Vanstar Corporation, Ocwen Financial and Infotec of Florida till 2002 when he returned to India to join C-DAC.
In January 2006 he was elevated to the position of Executive Director, C-DAC Mumbai (and Electronic City- Bangalore) formerly known as NCST.

Bernard Menezes has been a professor for over 25 years and is currently a professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at IIT Bombay. After completing his Ph.D. (ECE) at the University of Texas at Austin and B.Tech. (EE) at IIT Bombay, he was a faculty member in the ECE department and the Institute for Advanced Computer Studies at the University of Maryland at College Park. He also held a visiting faculty position in CS at the University of New Mexico, Albuquerque.
He has taught over 13 courses in CS/IT and supervised over 70 M.S./M.Tech./Ph.D. students across five continents.He has published widely in national and international workshops, conferences and journals including the IEEE Transactions on Computers, IEEE Transactions on Reliability and the International Journal of Parallel Computing. His research interests include computer security, cryptography, smart E-Business and parallel computing.
Recently, he authored a book “Network Security and Cryptography” which covers diverse areas including web security, cryptographic algorithms and protocols, wireless security, software security, access control, malware and intrusion detection.
