The product should address cyber security or privacy use cases related to emerging technologies, including but not limited to artificial intelligence, blockchain, Internet of Things (IoT), quantum, OT , 5G etc

The product should not infringe upon any copyrighted or patented ideas, concepts, or products.

The nominating organization must be incorporated as a private limited company (as defined in the Companies Act, 2013) or registered as a partnership firm (under section 59 of the Partnership Act, 1932), or a limited liability partnership (under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008) in India.

The nominating organization's annual turnover should not exceed Rs. 25 crores for any financial year since its incorporation.

The nominating organization should have been in existence and operation for less than 5 years from 28th May 2026

The product must be designed and developed in India.

Any Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)/ Patents associated with the nominated products should be owned by the Indian entity.

Organizations that have previously won a DSCI Innovation Box edition are ineligible to apply.
