Shivam started his career with Data Security Council of India (DSCI) as a Senior Analyst. Presently in his role, he is engaged in various aspects and emerging issues in the area of Data Security and Privacy and currently, he is part of various projects viz-a-viz e-Security Index, Technology Forecasting , DSCI Certified Privacy Professional (DCPP©) certification and Excellence Awards. He is also one of the trainers for DSCI Certified Privacy Lead Assessor (DCPLA©) certification program. Along with these, he has also worked on various papers such as Data Privacy in Indian Banking Industry and is currently working on various policy matters related with data encryption standards, cyber insurance, cyber security, skill development, etc. He holds certifications like BCMS Implementation: ISO 22301:2012, ITIL V3 Foundation, Frameworx and Business Process Framework (eTOM) Foundation level by tmforum. Shivam completed his Masters in Telecom Management from Symbiosis Institute of Telecom Management (SITM), Pune with Systems and Finance as specialization.
