On May 04, 2026, the Government of Goa released the Draft Goa Artificial Intelligence Policy, 2026. Prepared by the Department of Information Technology, Electronics & Communictions, the draft policy has been drafted with the objective of fostering a robust, inclusive, and innovation-driven AI ecosystem in Goa. The document focuses on pillars such as skills and capacity building, startups and industry enablement, capital and investment promotion, and policy, governance and digital infrastructure.
