As India's digital economy scales rapidly, mobile devices have become the primary interface for identity, financial transactions, and access to public services—making them a critical anchor of trust. At the same time, they are increasingly emerging as the principal attack surface for digital fraud and cybercrime.

The Mobile Security Conclave 2026, convened by the Data Security Council of India (DSCI), brought together senior leaders from government, law enforcement, telecom, financial services, technology companies, and the cybersecurity ecosystem to address this evolving challenge.

In partnership with Google, a key player in the mobile ecosystem with significant investments in device and platform-level security, the conclave enabled a coordinated, solutions-driven dialogue on strengthening mobile security and enhancing user trust.
