What is SEGAMATHON?

DSCI, in association with KPMG and NASSCOM Gaming Forum, organized a 72 hours Virtual Hackathon, that brought together the concept of 'Security + Gaming + Hackathon' – thereby giving an opportunity to game developers across India to showcase their creative prowess through build games to educate people on how to create a Security-aware culture.

In its third year, with the Cyber Security theme including Cryptocurrency/Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence, Cyber Warfare, Threat Hunting and Privacy, the initiative witnessed an encouraging response with 50 participants. The theme has proven to be a fantastic way of developing new talent by tapping into youth potential towards the agenda of Cyber Security for future.

Md Iqubal Hussain is the founding team member of Scanta. I am an experienced AR/VR  expert and Game Developer/Designer. Md Iqubal Hussain has led teams and created various AR/VR experiences and games which have been published and showcased across various platforms and events.


Rishi Mehta, Director, Information Security at Target
Rishi Mehta is Leading the Information Security & Technology risk management teams to build a resilient organization sensitive to Information Protection. Over 16 years of learning in the BFSI, ITES and Retail industry verticals. Lead organizations through multi-generational information security transformation and manage talent through the journey. Building secure solutions in dynamic environments partnering effectively with business by enabling sound risk understanding. Balance ‘prevent’ and ‘detect’ capability development with focus on internal and external risk management.

Bithal Bhardwaj Chief Information Security Officer, GE South Asia & Africa
Bithal has extensive experience in leading large Cybersecurity & related governance programs at both global & regional scale. In his current role as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for GE South Asia and Africa, he is responsible to drive regional Cybersecurity strategy and strengthen risk posture of the Company. In his career spanning over 18 years, he has led global Cybersecurity program for GE's large outsourcing group of IT, ITES & Engineering services, along with many other leadership roles in Software Product Security and multiple domains of Digital Technology.Currently, he is focused on building similar industry awareness on Industrial Digital risks and security.

Mr Vivek Srivastav, Senior Vice President - Research and Innovation ReBIT
Mr. Srivastav leads the Research and Innovation vertical at ReBIT. In this Industry facing role he is responsible for delivering ReBIT's threat intelligence strategy to strengthen cybersecurity posture for the financial sector, introducing new technologies for furthering the mandate of RBI of creating safe economic environment of growth and financial inclusion and working on policy research. He has  received excellence award for his contributions in ATIS-IPTV Interoperability standards development forum. Immediately before joining ReBIT, he lead the KYC and AML solution initiatives at Equifax for major banks in US.Mr. Srivastav graduated from St. Stephens’ College, Delhi University in 1995 and later completed his M.Sc Biotechnology from I.I.T Bombay in 1997. He holds an MBA degree with specialization in Finance from J. Mack Robinson College of Business, Georgia, USA.
