TRAI has released the Draft Guidelines on Responsible Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Telecommunication Networks and Provision of Telecommunication Services, aimed at making AI use in telecom more transparent, accountable and safe. The draft proposes measures such as risk classification of AI systems, board-approved internal AI policies, and reporting of AI incidents.
