Mr. Loknath Behera IPS
Prior to this, he was Additional Director General of Police in Charge of Police Modernisation, Coastal Security, Crimes, Projects, Planning, IT Administration in Police HQ, Kerala Joined the Indian Police Service in the year 1985 as an ASP in Kerala cadre .
Held several important posts like DCP in Trivandrum, Commisioner Of Police Cochin for a record 4 years. Then worked as SP and DIG in the CBI for more than 10 years continuously, again a record, during which period handled very important cases like purulia arms drop case, ic-814 hijacking case, babri masjid demolition case, mumbai serial blast case, madhumita shukla murder case, satyendra dubey murder case, sanjay ghosh abduction case, haren pandya murder case etc.
In the year 2009 on being called by the GOI ,he joined the NIA as a founder member and known for establishing and building the national investigation agency (NIA).
Widely regarded as an expert in investigation of cases of terrorist attacks, organized crimes, drugs cases, human trafficking, insurgency related cases, terror funding, bank scams, corruption at high places, and technology based investigation both inside and outside India.
Special technical expertise in handling communication & it based matters in internal security. Worked as chairman/ member in a number of high security technology based project committees. Did research based studies and work on counter terrorism, coastal security, cyber security in bpr&d/ dit/ CDAC.
Mr. C.H. Pratap Reddy IPS
Having joined the prestigious Indian Police Service /Karnataka Cadre in 1991, he has seen early service in the districts as Superintendent of Police, Bijapur and Gulbarga Districts and served as Commandant, Karnataka State Reserve Police, Bangalore. He was responsible for unearthing large scale financial frauds in Banking and Securities domain, while deputed to the Central Bureau of Investigation in Bangalore and headed the CBI’s Anti-Corruption Branch in Mumbai.
As DIG of Police – Corps of Detectives, Karnataka led the much respected and premier specialized investigation agency in the state, and was involved in the areas of Special Enquiries, Homicides, Burglaries and Crime Against Women, investigations into financial frauds, rights violations by government agencies.
Mahamastakabhisheka of Bahubali at Shravanabelagola which attracted millions of visitors over 11 days, including the President, Vice-President and the Prime Minister of India for which he was awarded the Karnataka Chief Minister’s Medal for Meritorious Service in 1994. He served as Senior Director, Cyber Security, NASSCOM and was responsible for implementation of the Cyber Security Initiatives of NASSCOM through its India Cyber Labs Project which aims at capacity building in various Government Departments including Law Enforcement and Prosecution. As a member of the Police Department, he is one of the rare officers with deep understanding and experience of technology issues.

Mr. Krishna Sastry Pendyala
Sastry was Project Leader and Steering Group member for several Ministry of Home Affairs & Ministry of Communication & Information Technology, Govt. of India, funded projects and instrumental in setting up of Digital Forensic Laboratories in various Central and State Law enforcement units, Banks etc., Sastry is a guest/visiting faculty at various universities, management academies, professional bodies and speaker at various national/international conferences. Through INTERPOL General Secretariat, Lyons & national central bureau (INTERPOL) India, Sastry as a subject matter expert trained Law Enforcement officials from more than 90 countries in Asia, Africa and Pacific regions in Cybercrime investigations, collection of evidence, Digital Forensics, e-investigation challenges etc., Currently a member INTERPOL Global Cyber Crime expert committee.
Sastry awarded with “Union Home Minister Award for Meritorious Service” in the year 2004, highest award for a forensic scientist, for “promoting New technologies in the Field of Forensic Science”. Sastry co-authored the first Indian book on Cyber Forensics titled “Computer Crimes and Forensics”. He was the Chief reviewer of “Electronic storage of records” manual of Indian Banks Association and contributor for Cyber Crime Investigation, Cyber Crime training manual of Data Security Council of India (DSCI).
Sastry is an M.Tech from Banaras Hindu University, did his Post Graduate Program (PGP) in Public Policy Management from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore and “Computer Forensics Incident Response Team” Professional Development Programme at Wright State University, USA. Sastry is a certified ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, CISCO Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Certified Hacking & Forensic Investigator (CHFI) and a DNV Certified Vulnerability Assessor. He is INTERPOL certified “Train the Trainer” in the field of Computer Forensics and a member of Indo-USA (FBI) forensic exchange team.
